Dogwood

A deciduous tree that does well under the canopy of taller trees, Flower clusters semi-showy, usually white, pink or yellow , in cymes with large showy bracts, fruit red.

Crape Myrtle

It is a medium-sized deciduous tree growing to 18-22 m (60-70 ft) tall, with a trunk up to 1 m (3 ft) diameter. It has an 8-14 m (25-45 ft) spread. A 10-year-old tree will be about 8 m (25 ft) tall. The crown is broad conic when young, with numerous small branches radiating out from a central leader. When older, some upper branches become quite large and the central leader is lost, while the lower branches gradually droop downwards.

Pin Oak

Crab Apple

Small, typically 4–12 m tall at maturity, with a dense, twiggy crown. The leaves are 3–10 cm long, alternate, simple, with a serrated margin. The flowers are borne in corymbs, and have five petals, which may be white, pink or red, and are perfect, with usually red stamens that produce copiou pollen, and an inferior ovary; flowering occurs in the spring after 50–80 growing degree days(varying greatly according to subspecies and cultivar).

Golden Rain

It is a small to medium-sized deciduous tree growing to 17 m tall, with a broad, dome-shaped crown. The leaves are pinnate, 15-40 cm (rarely to 50 cm) long, with 7-15 leaflets 3-8 cm long, with a deeply serrated margin; the larger leaflets at the mid-point of the leaf are sometimes themselves pinnate but the leaves are not consistently fully bi pinnate as in the related Koelruteria.

Leyland Cypress

A light-demanding but is tolerant of high levels of pollution and salt spray. A hardy, fast-growing natural hybrid, it thrives on a variety of soils and sites are commonly planted in gardens to provide a quick boundary or shelter hedge, because of their rapid growth. Although widely used for screening, it has not been planted much for forestry purposes. Acheaving an average adult height of 40-40ft and 20-25 ft in circumference, one specian currently is 130ft and still growning.
